The incident took place on the appropriately named Wizz Air flight between Warsaw and Luton on Saturday after the woman claimed that she drastically needed to use the toilet but was not allowed to do so by airline staff.
Passengers are not allowed to use the toilet during the take-off or landing of planes – or the period directly before or afterwards – for safety reasons, a rule which airline staff are obliged to enforce.
“You have to help me before the flight takes off,” she is heard to say in Polish.
“I am peeing in the aircraft,” she then says, as puddles of urine form around her feet. “I asked them (cabin crew) if I could use the toilet, but they said I could not right now.
“So I am peeing in the galley. Right in front of them.”
