Selling a used car can be tough, which is why they’re often dropped off with a greasy-haired salesman to take care of. But that didn’t stop one man from Toronto, Ont. He decided to take the challenging route and go it alone.
When Rob Comeau found himself short on potential buyers interested in his 2010 Nissan Altima, he turned to the company he works for: Hau Media. The Toronto-based business helped Comeau put together a high-quality, yet totally hilarious, commercial for his vehicle. And the whole thing is narrated by someone with that distinctive, deep and dramatic voice.
“The Altima has a left and right turn signal,” the narrator says. “It even comes with windshield wipers, with a windshield for them to wipe.”
The video has so far received more than 400,000 views on Facebook, and some commenters say it looks even better than real car commercials that they’ve seen on TV. Although it’s still unclear if Comeau has in fact sold his old ride.
