Improv Everywhere visited Bryant Park to offer random New Yorkers the chance to give a commencement speech to a class of college graduates.
They gave random New Yorkers the opportunity to give an inspiring commencement address. They set up a commencement ceremony in Bryant Park with graduates, faculty, and a lectern.
The only thing missing was the speaker. A guy posing as the dean of the school recruited random people with hand-written sign that read, “commencement speaker needed.”
New Yorkers rose to the challenge magnificently, giving fantastic exhortations that were moral, inspirational, and heartfelt in equal measure.
