The sight of Comet the pony and Louis the cat may appear strange at first, but they are the best of friends as the feline gets around with a little help from her much larger friend.
In video filmed by horse trainer, Emma Massingale, who often finds the friends nuzzling up together after a day of riding, Louis walks across a stone partition inside a stable in Devon, England, and jumps onto Comet’s back and goes for a ride.
The video shows the unlikely duo on a stroll through the woods, crossing a bridge and gingerly walking through a stream before making their way back home.
