Like any loving son would, Nick Prueher started a GoFundMe campaign for his mom. “This is to get my mother her own float in my hometown parade,” he says in a video message on the fundraising site.
The likeness of his mother will be wearing a metal band T-shirt, since she’s known as “Metal Mom.”
Nick says the float, which will cost approximately $7,000, will be a killer addition to his hometown’s Syttende Mai parade, which celebrates Norwegian independence.
