Dale Pearson noticed something swimming in the shallow water at the beach near his Mexico home and quickly realized it was a 15-foot Great White shark.
The shark was lightly bleeding from two gashes behind its dorsal fin.
Pearson believes the injury may have been caused by a boat propeller. The injury was not believed to be life-threatening and Pearson noted that the shark was not stuck. Within a couple of days, the shark had swam off.
Pearson believes that the shark came into the shallow waters searching for food. Stingrays are very popular in the area — and even stung Pearson and his friend, causing the bloody injuries seen at the end of the video.
