Man Converts An Old Gas Station Into a Living Space

There’s a certain magic that comes in bringing new charm to something that has grown old and deteriorated over time.

The late artist Robert Guthrie performed that exact magic on a run-down gas station situated just 2 miles outside of the French Quarter in New Orleans.

Gas stations aren’t exactly the pick of the crop when it comes to house hunting, but Guthrie saw his dream home in the building and was determined to convert it.
