Honest Reporter Is Livid There Are No Black Friday Lines

Joshua Short is a reporter with WNDU, in South Bend, Ind., who’s gone viral after he ranted at the lack of people out shopping on Black Friday during a live early morning report last week.

Short tried to keep his cool, but he had his problems, mostly because he was tasked with interviewing shoppers looking for great deals. The issue? There wasn’t anyone to interview:

“I got up at 3 o’clock, excited to do my first-ever Black Friday and ain’t nobody here. I am literally upset right now. I don’t know why people didn’t wake up. They had too much food…Ain’t nobody here. I’m going back home, I’m going back to my bed and I’m going to sleep.”

After a little banter with the anchor, Short then walked off camera.
