A couple claiming they paid $600 for an upgrade to a room on their honeymoon but the lifeboat outside the room is was scheduled for repairs.
The guest services from Holland America told them that it’s that lifeboats turn in the rotation to be repaired and that they would be working on it from 9-5 for the duration of the cruise and they are on their first day.
“This is our view for our wonderful European cruise. The crew said they will be working during the day the entire time.
Thanks for telling us when you up charged us $600 extra for the window guys”.
