Genius Kid Made A DIY VR Headset In 1993

Using and NES, a busted little t.v. and a Sony Watchman this 13 years old boy made a home-made VR headset.

The glove was a gardening glove with tactile dome switches from an old VCR control panel used as sensors. The switches worked via a pull cable system.

When the wrist moved or a finger flexed, a short length of fishing line pulled back on a steel wire and activated the switches.
