In the video, a young boy inside a white car can be seen staring outside with half window open. He was probably asking someone for help. After a few seconds, a kid with some bike skills pull over beside the car door and opens it. The boy inside and the boy in bike immediately went away.
The car then open its sirens probably in an attempt to chase after the boy. The kid on foot can be seen running away while the savior kid in bike stayed at the parking lot where other kids in bike watch the cop car speed away.
We’re not sure though if the cop car eventually caught up with the runaway kid.
