Ever wonder how your food would be without any human intervention over the course of agriculture history? For thousands of years, farmers have manipulated their crops to get the best yields and have resulted in many of the produce you see today.

Basically everything we eat today. we have selectively breed and cross breed animals, fruits and vegetables to enhance certain attributes. Cows produce more milk than a couple of hundred years ago vegetables are higher in nutrition than ever.

Modification of it’s surroundings is the humans most noticeable trait, we change things and make them more suitable for our needs, we domesticated wolfs and breed dogs to guard and protect, we made crops more resistant.

We are engineers as a species, we GM every O in our surrounding for good and for bad.
