A dramatic rescue unfolded Saturday as the Stockton Fire Department responded to a home with smoke billowing out of it.
Remarkable video shows firefighters rescuing a dog trapped in the backyard of the burning California home. As the crew began extinguishing the fire in the backyard, they spotted a canine stuck in a cage.
The swift action of the first responders most likely saved the dog’s life, the department said.
