TreeHugger and LifeEdited founder Graham Hill made headlines in 2012 together with his unimaginable folding 420-square-foot studio, which may be shifted round and rearranged to accommodate a 12-person ceremonial dinner, two in a single day friends, a house theater, and extra.
Now Hill has put the microdwelling available on the market for $995,000—$2,369 per sq. foot, though these sq. toes are extra versatile than just about every other sq. toes wherever.
The residence was the results of a contest that Hill ran after shopping for it and an adjoining unit in 2009.
The successful design, courtesy of Romanian structure college students Catalin Sandu and Adrian Iancu, was chosen from over 300 entrants.
