Helicopter pilot Bruce “Chopper Guy” Haffner filmed this amusing footage of a cheeky little dog avoiding capture while bringing traffic to a standstill on the I-17 freeway in Phoenix, Arizona.
After escaping multiple times, the dog was eventually caught in a nearby mobile home park.
