College Freshman Describes Harrowing Ordeal on Taking Her First Finals Exam

College can be stressful, particularly during finals week when your grades are on the line. But nothing beats the pressure freshmen go through during these trying times.

A University of Texas student freshman told the dramatic story of her harrowing ordeal when she took her final exam for the first time in her college life.

Ann Mark, a radio-television-film major, had a series of misfortunes on her way to her exams, which began when she forgot to bring her blue book. This made her rush to the university co-op to pick up one, before showing up in the wrong classroom—twice, and finally making it to the right classroom in the nick of time to write her essay about ‘Napoleon Dynamite’ as a great example of an American indie film.
