The clock was ticking after a toddler locked himself in a car, according to his parents.
Ken Rubin says after parking their car in a shopping center lot, his wife opened the back door to remove their son, 2-year-old Apollo, but she briefly closed it while another car pulled into the parking space next to them.
In that moment, Ken says the child clicked the power lock button from inside where they left the keys.
