Actor and video personality QPark posted a video of a man dressed up as KIM JONG UN walking down the streets of NYC – looks like he was walking around Harlem and apparently did so for 10 hours.
The best part of this is that the dude not only looked the part but also had a henchman (some N Korean military guard) also dressed for the part walking down the streets together.
It was quite a sight to see for the people of New York who encountered this, and the reactions are absolutely priceless!
